Should i paint or stain Oak veneer and engineered wood?

I have a wine tower i would like to match to the rest of m furniture that is made of Oak veneer and engineered wood should i stain or paint this ?Should i paint or stain Oak veneer and engineered wood?
Stain it for cryin out loud.. Oak wood's natural look give a lot of quality and class. If you paint it it is like buying a nice expensive car and hiding it in the garage covered with blanket.Should i paint or stain Oak veneer and engineered wood?

See if you can remove a door or drawer front from your other furniture. Take it to the paint store. They have samples of what stain looks like on oak. Get the one that's the closest match.
how about going to the paint store and look at the many options of finishes other than paint that will compliment and enhance your room.or use that internet to research the finishes or DIY.COM
I would go with poly...It makes it a little darker and really brings it too life....go with clear coat poly
