Hi,

I live in Sydney Australia and there is 2 products that can help you and you buy them at the supermarket. I bought mine at Coles

They are in the laundry isle near were you buy fabric dye.

One brand is Dylon Stain Remover and the other brand is Motsenbcker's Lift Off.

Motsenbocker's Lift Off come in a three pack. They are in small white bottles. The number 3 bottle is the one you need to remove the paint and it really works.

Here is there web sites

Don't heat it or put it in the dryer. Heat will set the stain. Dab on a paint remover that is suitable for the type of paint it is- try Home Depot. Then use Spray n Wash OxiClean to wash out the residue left by the paint remover.
wash it and then dry on heater or something warm
Try turpentine..paint should dissolve in it. Normal water and soap doesnt get it rid of it because paints need water immiscible solvents to dissolve. Paint cannot dissolve in water so you cannot use water - remember, like dissolves like.
Go to Home Depot and get Krud Kutter in the paint aisle. That stuff can remove about anything.
