Water based emulsion can be removed using water and a scourer/sponge. Just scrub until the paint comes off
spray hair spray on the spot and let sit for for 4 to 7 minuts and wipe off if it dosent work the 1st time add some elbo greese and it should come right off
Soak it with detergent solution and scrub with a brush. Scourers could abrade the surafce and leave a mark.
