How do you get paint stains out of clothes?

Is it different for jeans? The washing machine did abosolutely nothing. I'm sad... =(How do you get paint stains out of clothes?
In my experience, either soak the jeans in gasoline or mineral spirits. After the stain soaks out, send it through the wash again to get rid of the smell. However, these days it might be cheaper to buy new jeans. How do you get paint stains out of clothes?
You could use the mineral spirit but they may cause a hole in them. There really is no way to get it out. Next time don't wear clothes you care about. If you do remove the clothes right away without smearing the paint and scrub them in cold water.
tiv is a hand-cleaner that removes resin bonded paints, scrub it in and try it, try using cellulose paint thinners, soak them in a bucket with Ariel for about a week then try again. a lot depends on what type of paint it is.
There is no way to get paint out of clothes. If its like a glob you can scrape that off but the stain of the paint will still be there.Just use these clothes for your messing around piddling cleaning up clothes from now on.
there is a product called ';goof-off'; that you can buy at your hardware store or paint store. it removes latex paint from everything. use a scrub brush and alot of patience. don't be afraid to soak the stains.
