I used paint thinner to remove paint from ashpalt shingles. How do I remove the stain it left behind?

I spilled oil based paint on my shingles and used paint thinner to remove it and now there is a wet mark where I used the paint thinner. What can I use to remove the paint thinner from the shingles.I used paint thinner to remove paint from ashpalt shingles. How do I remove the stain it left behind?
The paint thinner has dissolved the asphalt in the shingles and damaged them.





You can replace the damaged areas or have your whole roof re-shingled if there is not an old layer already under the current shingle layer.

You wont be able to remove it..the shingles are an asphault base and the thinner literally ate the top layer of asphalt..it has now ';leached';..
Both happenings are not a good move. Nothing you can do but maybe replace the shingles that are damaged. good luck.
