Dry paint or wet paint? If it's dry, none of those will do it. If it's wet, you use whatever thinner or cleaner is recommended on the can of paint. This sounds more like a home ec question than a chemistry question. Tell your teacher I said this was a poor question since it included no details. ';Paint'; isn't much of a description in chemical terms. I even have some paint that requires ammonia to wash it off when it's wet.
