HOw to remove paint stain from tiled floor?

I kept some paint in my basement last week and some how it spilled over a night so i used a knive to scrape and peel of the thick paint layer but it left some sort of smudge/stain on the tile, so i used stain remover and that didnt help so what product will helpHOw to remove paint stain from tiled floor?
