If you were ever to remove paint stains from clothing, what would be the best method? Why?

Thinking chemistry wise.If you were ever to remove paint stains from clothing, what would be the best method? Why?
It depends on the type of paint I suppose. For instance if it is latex based you may be able to just use Isopropyl alcohol. If it oil based paint try acetone(fingernail polish removal). you may also use acetone for enamel based.If you were ever to remove paint stains from clothing, what would be the best method? Why?
