lots of heat and lots of water. steam clean it. try putting a very wet terry cloth towel over it and an iron on top and steam it. then use a plastic lid (or something like it) to scrape the paint. the trick is LOTS of HOT water, steam.How do I remove latex based paint stains out of my carpet?
Go to a home center paint department and buy the bottle of stuff like goo gone, that says it removes paint.
