being acrylic base you might try this. wet the stained area; put in freezer until frozen; remove shirt from freezer and ';scrape'; the paint off. You might also try some paint thinner directly on the paint. when paint is removed wash as usual. alot depends on how long it has been there. if this happens again spot it right away with paint thinner or nail polish remover and wash.How do I remove paint stains from a cotton T-shirt?
try a spray called citrol.let sit for about 5 min and then wash w/dawn detergent.

This is a tough one but I think that a product called Goof Off available at your paint store will do the trick. Try it befor you toss it out .. i have used it on carpet, etc and it worked fine .. I am not sure how it will work on acrylic paint ...
First use WD-40 or PAINT THINNER (MINERAL SPIRITS) then you wash it and if that doesn't work then you throw it away.
