How can i remove a paint stain (not paint itself just the colour it leaves when its washed off) from my skin?

I used Crayola paint for hand painting and it said washable with warm soap and water but me and my son now have blue tones on our hands and feet - and this is the problem. We washed the excess off straight away but the blue tinge remained, and i've tried everything from soap to washing up liquid! I dont mind what i use to get it off me but for my sons hands it has to be child friendly. HELP!!!!!How can i remove a paint stain (not paint itself just the colour it leaves when its washed off) from my skin?
It will wear off, but if you need to be spotless to go somewhere soon, use a cleanser like Ajax or Comet. As a kid, I had my hands washed in those fairly often (when I got food coloring or paint or something on my hands and had to look nice to go somewhere) with no bad side effects. Always use good hand lotion afterwards, of course. Rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) may remove the stain, too. It's great on removing ink from skin almost magically, so it may work on paint. How can i remove a paint stain (not paint itself just the colour it leaves when its washed off) from my skin?
lemon juice might help, but the previous answer is best as it costs nothing!
Try using margerine.rub on you hands and feet for a few minute then rinse off. if this does not work use toothpaste.
It will wear off over the next two days or so. Let him run around the garden with no socks or shoes, or better still take him to the beach and let him play on the sand; it'll be gone in no time.
