It really depends on the fiber content of the shirt in addition to the stain. If it is a cotton or cotton poly blend shirt, I would try both chlorine bleach and oxygen bleach on the stain. For the oxygen bleach take the powder form and mix into a paste rub into the spot from the back

How do I remove yellow water color paint stain on white shirt?
want to set the stain further. It may be that none of these will get the paint stain out. They are worth a try. Avoid the acetone. Not only is it unlikely to remove the stain, it is likely to remove part of the shirt ( depending on fiber content).

Try a small amount of nail polish remover with acetone--don't rub too hard at first, as you do not want to eat through the fabric of your shirt. If that does not help, you may want to try hair spray. Hope this helps.
bleach!
Try toothpaste.
IF the shirt is all white: soak with bleach
if there is some color that you don't want bleach-try a bleach stick to dab on the area that needs treatment.
Wet the stain completely (w/ water or an oxy clean spray), then put Oxy Clean powder on top of it completely, then, wet it again %26amp; let it dry over night. It will become a hard cake of oxy clean, throw it in the washer %26amp; it should come out.
If it doesn't come out DO NOT dry it! Try peroxide too, it may work. You might also have to put some elbow grease into it %26amp; scrub (I use an old toothbrush for all laundry stains.)
I, personally, wouldn't use bleach (at least not to soak the garment in) simply because bleach will eat clothing up, so be careful.
